Elemental Eco House by Elizabella

Ladies and Gentleman, the next house I would like to show you is the final version of the Eco House by Elizabella's Designs.

Construction on this house began around Earth Day of 2009 when the architect hoped to give the house as a gift to the best Sims site on the web, MTS2 (as it was known at the time.)

The whole house is designed around the four elements of fire/ water (or ice)/ earth/ and wind (or air). There is a cooling spa room representing water, a fiery music room for shaking things up, a painting room filled with potted plants and a peaceful office representing air.



This house is eco - friendly and self sufficient as well, with a fruit orchard in the center of the house for harvesting fresh fruit and a fully stocked pond to supply ample fish for all the stews and fry ups you may want. Every Green Thumbed Sim needs a Greenhouse, and with 101 Leafy Lane you have ample room to grow whatever you desire. Included is a 24 hour automatic watering system. There's no reason for that smelly delivery truck to make stops at this house!

Almost every room has plentiful natural light and is decorated with lots of plants that don't require watering.



101 Leafy Lane has 3 bedrooms, one representing fire, one ice, and one children's room. Each bedroom has their own ensuite bathroom.



There is a downstairs and upstairs study, lounge area, small exercise room, craft room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom, dining room and living room. The upstairs is accessible through one of four staircases each leading to either a small patio in the back of the house or a larger patio in the front for those private sunbathing days or quiet reading.

101 Leafy Lane has been landscaped with the earthy sim in mind. The pool is lined with irises and the front of the house is lined with rose bushes. There is a small water feature to be admired while listening to music and a selection of flowers to inspire painting. The back yard is tree lined for privacy and full of fresh flowers including a sun mosaic of flowers.

This house has seen every emotion during it's creation and I truly hope you enjoy 101 Leafy Lane.
