Baby toddler food and feeding fixes

Prevents Sims from magically getting a free bottle to feed babies or toddlers when the refrigerator lacks enough food points. A fridge must now have 3 or more food points (default amount unless you've hacked it) in order to produce a baby bottle. Also prevents Sims from getting "Toddler Mush" from fridges lacking 6 or more food points (by default unless amount is hacked). All of this prevents free bottles/mush when the fridge does not have enough food points because that is just cheating through a loophole in the game code.

Also has many cool features which are enabled by default. They allow the following behaviors. A Sim can *gasp* sit while feeding a bottle to a baby. Sims only do it if their comfort motive is at or below 50%. At above 50% comfort, they will instead feed the baby while standing, but first move away from the fridge after getting the bottle so that they don't block other Sims from using the fridge. Smart milk will now work for a toddler that drank it while sitting in a high-chair, which was broken by default in the base game of 2004 and in every EP/SP. Bad (red) smart milk will also give its penalties.

The sit to feed baby feature only works for bottles taken directly from a fridge. For bottles picked up off the floor, you will need to use the ADDON hack. The ADDON contain its own Customization file, whose settings actually override many of the main hack's settings. So if you force plantSims to stand in the main hack and force them to sit in the addon, the ADDON option will takeover and force them to always sit in all situations. So I suggest mirroring the settings in both files (make them the same). The ADDON will only work for the default Maxis baby bottle. No custom bottles will be affected. So ask the custom bottle author to add a similar feature if you want. Tell them that they have my permission to copy the code from my hack if they wish; but it will require my "Globals Pack" to work!

Fixes

There are 2 fixes available as well:

- FIX_BASE.rar

Only use it in the base game alone (meaning no EPs/SPs are installed). It simply fixes glitches related to Smart Milk that were addressed by EPs/SPs newer than the base game, which Maxis failed to ever fix in a base game patch.

Without this fix, Sims can not clean up dirty Smart Milk bottles from a high-chair tray, nor can toddlers drink Smart Milk while in a high-chair.

- FIX_SNS_BV_FT.rar

Only use this fix if your latest EP is Seasons, Bon Voyage, Store Edition, or FreeTime. Do not use it if your latest EP is Pets or earlier.

It simply fix a glitch that prevents plantSim toddlers from being able to drink Smart Milk while sitting in a high-chair. The glitch was addressed by EPs/SPs newer than FreeTime (meaning AL/M&G), which Maxis failed to ever fix in any SNS/BV/FT patches.
