"Paradise Flats" Series
This is a series of more modern styled houses that you might find in hotter climates such as beaches or desert type areas, some are beach houses I made (but never uploaded) in TS2 and am remaking for TS3.

Mirage Beach
When the air is hot and the ground is dry, and the beach is just a mirage, at least you can go inside and watch TV!

Side Notes
This is the 4th house in my "Paradise Flats" series, it's a small / medium size house and could easily accomodate a small family or is a great step for a couple about to start a family. Originally this was going to be a bigger house (something like my Oasis Outlook one) but I ended up knocking off the upstairs and built 2 extra rooms on the bottom floor, this caused the livingroom / kitchen to become a very open plan area.

Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.
