"Paradise Flats" Series
This is a series of more modern styled houses that you might find in hotter climates such as beaches or desert type areas, some are beach houses I made (but never uploaded) in TS2 and am remaking for TS3.

Mirage Bay
When you live on the beach in a house with no name, it feels good to get out of the rain!

Side Notes
This is the 6th house in my "Paradise Flats" series only follows on the butterfly roof style of Mirage Beach and Mini Mirage, it's a medium size beach house and could easily accomodate a small / medium family. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, the 1st floor is a big open plan area with kitchen / dining on one side and livingroom on the other. Also there is a basement area (complete with outside access!) with some fitness equipment and a study / office.

Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). The basement entrance / exit and path up is fully accessable and works in both directions so far as I saw with my YA test sim. If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.
