"Paradise Flats" Series
This is a series of more modern styled houses that you might find in hotter climates such as beaches or desert type areas, some are beach houses I made (but never uploaded) in TS2 and am remaking for TS3.

Side Notes
This is a medium / large house, could probably fit up to 6 sims comfortably if they're willing to share bedrooms! The study could probably be converted into a 4th bedroom too since there is a bookcase downstairs already, and the desk / computer put in the upstairs hallway.

Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.
