"Velvet Curtains" Series
This is a series of larger more lavish houses compared to my others. While I wouldn't personally call them mansions because I don't really think they're big enough to qualify as I probably won't be building them on the biggest lots, they should be fairly big though and around the $100k-200k price range.

Side Notes
This is my third house in my "Velvet Curtains" series. This is a good sized house (on a medium sized lot) with 3 nice sized bedrooms and one nursery room, 2 balconies for the bedrooms at the front of the house and a rear deck with grill facility. The basement has a fitness room AND a swimming pool, the pool is actually contained within the basement but can be accessed via the stairs inside the house (and through the fitness room) or from the path that leads down under the rear deck!

Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see), I have tested the path down under the rear deck in both directions with a "young adult" and there are no pathing issues that I can find. If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.
