"Velvet Curtains" Series
This is a series of larger more lavish houses compared to my others. While I wouldn't personally call them mansions because I don't really think they're big enough to qualify as I probably won't be building them on the biggest lots, they should be fairly big though and around the $100k-200k price range.

Side Notes
This is my first house in a new series I'm working on, the "Velvet Curtains" series. This is a good sized house (on a medium sized lot) with 3 nice sized bedrooms, various deck areas front and back, a nice sized pool and a big basement area (complete with old rusty grill, crusty weight bench and some packing crates).. the basement has an extra room that could easily be converted into something more useful too!

Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.
