This little saltbox is all set up for musicians. The Fogeldies lived here for many years, happily shooting hoops, screaching on the violin and pounding on the piano. They died in gold and platinum moods, and have left this happy house for some new family.
The house is on a medium lot, with enough room to add gardens, pools, playgrounds, whatever. The landscaping is all evergreens, except for two bushes, and so is easy to take care of without the help of gardeners and "influenced" passers by.
The house has two bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths. It plays very smoothly. There are solar panels to help pay bills, a lightning rod to help decrease strikes (or so it is claimed), an awning over the hot tub (to help ward off lightning--or so it is claimed) and other modest amenities.
Here is the last Fogeldie, being ushered away by hula dancers. Don't worry, the dancers should have gotten bored and left by the time you arrive.
