This spacious modern home is perfect for large families, with 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space.

The ground floor features a covered entry, a study, single garage, billiard room, gym, and a sauna. The billiard room and gym have access to a patio which has a pool and hot tub with access to a bathroom.

The first floor features the large master bedroom with a private balcony, luxurious ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, and access to the nursery. Also on this floor is the kitchen, dining area, sitting/TV area, and a powder room. This floor has an outdoor, under cover BBQ area with access to the pool below via a staircase.

The second floor features a games area/children's retreat, a "music nook", 3 bedrooms (2 with ensuites and private balconies), a bathroom,
and access to a rear balcony with another BBQ area.

Playtested for 1 sim day, all objects work as they should (but don't be surprised if I missed something).

Built on a lot which is flat on all edges.
