After my Sims graduated from College and got careers and decided to start families; I wanted a nice home for them to move into that had plenty of space. I thought this home was perfect: it has a 3 car garage which an additional 2 cars can fit in the driveway, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. There is an empty room downstairs simply because it can be turned into a den, bedroom, workroom etc. it depends on what your Sims need. I listed Ambitions and Generations though truthfully you don't really need them to download this home: all build objects are from the base game. I hope you and your Sims enjoy this home.
