The Trieber House – 15 Summer Hill Court

The Trieber House is a luxurious, contemporary family home built at 15 Summer Hill Court in Sunset Valley. I found an online plan off which I based this house. I increased the bedrooms from 3 to 4 and the baths from 2 to 3 ½. Click here to see the House Plan.

Outside are a two-car garage, a big courtyard with lots of beautiful landscaping and a pool. In the side yard is a play area for the Sim kiddies.

There is a large, open living room and dining room with a fireplace and lots of windows. The big kitchen is centered amid the living/dining room and the family room. The family room has lots of seating, a big-screen TV and a foosball table. Off the family room are 3 bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom has one single bed, a bedside table, a dresser, a desk and chair. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. One has a double counter, sink and mirror. There is a powder room between the kitchen and the family room. Just off the kitchen is a study nook with a desk and computer.

Down a long breezeway from the living room is the master suite. In the master suite are a double bed, two bedside tables, a dresser, a loveseat, chair, bookcase and desk with a computer. The courtyard and pool can be accessed from the master suite.
