Suburban starter house, furnished for three sims, with fireplace. This has the same floorplan as Newbie Road 172.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room

Built on the smallest lot I have (16x18), so it can be rotated in any direction on every other lot. Playable from at least two static camera angles, two sides of the house would look good as a street side.

Prices given below (F = Furnished; U = Unfurnished) are when placed on a regular 20x30 lot. Since it costs just over 18.000§ furnished, there is quite a bit of wiggle room – if you'd remove e.g. the dresser or the mirror, you could use it as a starter for two.
