Another white wood house, but a bit larger than #02 – it's furnished for three sims and has a spacious open dining/living room downstairs. Built on a tiny 16x18 lot, so it can be rotated in any direction on every other lot; two sides of the house would work well as a street side.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom
1 x bathroom, 1 x toilet
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room

Prices given below (F = Furnished; U = Unfurnished) are when placed on a regular 20x30 lot. This will only work as a starter for three adults (without cheating, at least) – however, it has relatively expensive beds and other optional stuff (TV, stereo); if you get rid of some of that it shouldn't be difficult to make it a starter for two.
