"Tudor Village" Shopping & Recreation Center

I thought this town in Germany was really quaint, so I decided to build something somewhat similar. And here is the result!

"Tudor Village" is a small village converted into a shopping & recreation center. Upon entering through the large gateway, the road goes up to the left, and down to the right. If you turn left, you will find a library, cafe, boutique, mini supermarket, pub, and electronics/games shop & cinema.

If you turn right, the road leads down towards a gym and an exclusive restaurant. Further down this street you will find a park, with a chess table and BBQ facilities. The street then curves up the hill to the left, leading to another park/playground.

I play tested it, and the only issue I had that I didn't fix is that occasionally a townie decides to "be seated at counter" in the restaurant--which, incidentally, doesn't have any counters--which means the idiot at the podium goes and seats them in the PUB, across town.

It's a good idea to place it somewhere fairly high in your neighborhood because sometimes the lowest end of the lot can become "flooded."
