Clear Water is an ultra modern house that is pretty proud of itself. It loves its different levels, overhangs, windows, views, and underground carport. Of course, the underground driveway, although fully functional, was done with the cfe cheat code. If you accidentally move one of the pieces, just delete it and click the undo button. It will go back in place. The car you see in the driveway is also included in the download. Before building the underground driveway, this lot was flat. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, big kitchen with nook, formal dining area, and living room with glass walls to give that feeling of space and freedom. Your ultra modern Sims will love it!
