The Static Charge prank no longer requires a sim to be on a rug to use the interaction. There are two versions a Non Autonomous version and an Autonomous version, Only use one.

Only children can use the interaction, Though they can use it on sims that are older.
Requires Night Life, But is compatible with newer expansion packs.
