Pacific Palisades is a lovely area of LA between Santa Monica and Malibu. It's home to celebrities and other wealthy folks, so why not your Sims? This house has room for eight and includes upgraded walls and carpets (by Guardgian and sarah*rose). There is room for expansion on the lot if you want to add a little guesthouse or cabana for the pool. Hope your Sims will enjoy upscale living!
