Contemporary Ranch - A Roomy 4 Bedroom Home

I loved the look of this house so, I decided to copy it. However I made plenty of changes, as usual. =P I didn't want to include a second storey because I thought it really didn't need an extra room, so the floorplan looks a bit different to the original. Also, I spent a LONG time messing around with the roof but finally conceded defeat--I couldn't make the roof look good AND have an open bit above the atrium to save my life--so sadly, the atrium does not have a view to the sky (not that one would notice while playing the house, one would only notice while "walking" through the house in camera mode). Anywho, moving on...

The house is a sprawling ranch style, all on the one level. Off the entry hall is a living/dining room with fireplace. Then there is a semi-open plan kitchen with meals area, office nook (corner, actually), and living space. These rooms all have a view into the atrium (you'll need to turn the lights in the atrium on during the day to keep it from looking dark and horrid). =P

The bedrooms are all grouped together on one side of the house. There are 2 bedrooms for child/teen age children, a nursery, and a roomy bathroom. There is also a large master bedroom with a sitting area, walk-in closet and a large ensuite bathroom with glass roof.

There is also an second entry/mudroom, a powder room and a double garage on the far side of the house. Outside it has a pool and pergola/outdoor dining area plus another outdoor area that is currently unused.
