- This was built using foundation 3, from the official 'Foundations' contest -

Witherfield House is a gothic style renovated church complex. It features 3 buildings:

-The main house, including a kitchen, living room, dining room, study, downstairs bathroom, and two bedroom, a bathroom and a nursery (could be converted to a bathroom if necessary)
-The chapel, including a bathroom, small library area, bedroom and art studio (which can be changed to whatever you like).
-A third building, currently a laundry room, but can be used for anything.

The lot also features a lake with a bridge, and a graveyard at the back. The stairs in the chapel, and to the side of the main house are split level.
There is also a lowered garden walkway in the middle of the complex.
