So, I had two sims that had the LTW to raise 5 kids. I used a pre-made house, and then I realized "There's not enough room for five kids!" even though it was one of the biggest houses in th neighborhood!
Because of that wonderful family, I am going to make a series of houses for larger families.

This beauty here is called Sunflower because of it's yellow outsides. To keep the cost low, there is not much for landscape.



Now for the details:

The lot size is 30x20.
I made this house on 2450 Pinochle Point.

The unfurnished price is $26,489, and the furnished price is $52,126.

There is no CC, and all items are BASEGAME, so no expansions are needed.

There are 5 bedrooms, enough beds for 6 kids/teens/adults and 1 baby. There are 3.5 bathrooms.
