This is a house I've made one week ago, or maybe two, but that doesn't matter at all :p
I think it's an Old Hollywood looking house, 50's or 60's, you decide.
It should be LN compitable, so you can use it as celebrity home

The walls are with brick, stucco wood. there's a big porch and some fountains, also a driveway.
It feautures an open living, dining and kitchen area, with high ceiling an aquarium in the middle and a ''skylight''
The bedroom has it's own bathroom and TV. There's a guest toilet you can enter through the foyer.





You may notice that the fireplace doesn't have chimney, I removed it with move_objects.
I also wouldn't use it, I've playtested, and whatever I tried the TV cought fire

Anyway, the house was built on a 40x30 lot (120 Wright way) and costs: §217.823 F and §66.305 UF
