´´Villa Moderna II´´ has a totally private garden, with a BBQ area, outside dinning, pool and access to the garage and main entrace of the house.
On the main floor there are a bathroom, kitchen dinning and living.
The house is for a 1-child family, but you can remove the desk in the kids bedroom so you can place a 2nd bed.
