Maisons "Mangalia" and "Mangalia v1"

Today I have a novelty for you. 2 houses in one ... sounds weird.
There is Maison Mangalia and Maison Mangalia v1.

Maison Mangalia has 1 bedroom downstairs and a suite upstairs. Downstairs bedroom can be used as a guest bedroom if your family is small or it can be turned into a room for children or teens if your family is larger.
Maison Mangalia v1 has one bedroom on the ground floor and on the 1st floor a master bedroom and a room for children and/or teens.
I have kept the same architecture, but I added a room upstairs.

The ground floor is identical for both versions. I have done the comparative photos.

In the basement I have created space for recreation, sports and science. The basement is identical for both versions.
Who has the "sauna" from EA store, can replace alchimie station with it.
It is a modern and multifunctional house. Simple line but sophisticate.
The Court is great, barbeques and enough space for the playground, garden, or other activities.
