Me again,
In my town there are many big families who want a big apartment, luxurious and without too many neighbors. That's why I created Modern&Lux.
An entire floor is dedicated to families.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, open kitchen and large balconies.

The rest have not changed my style. I have added almost all activities:
-For relaxation, swimming pool and Jacuzzi
-For entertaining, musical instruments, bar and dance floor
-For physical, fitness equipment
-For gardening, garden and cellar area to prepare and stoct nectar
-And not only for children, playground
I forgot the parking for two cars.

I hope you enjoy what I tried to be a beautiful landscape.
The family is moved and the furniture not to her liking? Exchange it. Decorating missing or do not like? Arrange the home to their liking.
