It's located on a custom 25x25 lot at the Beach in Sunset Valley and has beautiful views over the ocean.


As you may see it's not big, but therefor it's a pretty luxury house with expensive furniture and deco and warm nature colors for a good feel inside, and a pool and outdoor dining for the outdoors loving Sims
