Hey all,

This is my first successful attempt at creating a doublewide trailer home. It room for a couple, two children (a boy and a girl), and one pet.

The house is designed to blend seamlessly with the doghouse outside. The front yard includes a snazzy garden, the side yards a swingset and sandbox, and the backyard three harvestable fruit trees. Let your sims experience affordable luxury with this cozy family home!

You will need Lord Darcy's "More Decorative Slots" mod for the decorations in the kitchen to show properly! The mod can be found here: http://www.modthesims.info/d/295062 Alternately, you could just delete them if you don't like the way they look.
