Artist's Manor--Traditional Version

Hello all! I have here a medium-sized modern house designed for your creative or just fun-loving sims. It comes with everything an artsy sim needs to live comfortably, including

~A fully-furnished upstairs art studio (with a central fireplace) which may be easily converted into a bedroom
~Many windows to let plenty of light in
~First-floor master suite with full bathroom and sitting area

2. (RECOMMENDED NOT REQUIRED) Because of the massive number of recolors included with BabaYaga’s tiled arches collection, I have replaced the arches and windows in the pictures with Maxis ones. You can get BabaYaga’s lovely collection here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=283359

ISSUES/CONCERNS:

1. I am not sure if this requires the Happy Holiday stuff pack or not. I didn’t include anything from that stuff pack, although in the pictures the Touch of Autumn Cornucopia is visible on the kitchen counter. If someone would like to test this for me that’d be great.

2. The teddy bear in the nursery is never on the shelf next to the bunny when I load the lot. If this happens to you, simply type “move_objects on” in the cheat console and move the bear back onto the shelf.
