NCI presents one of it's first recreations of a SimCity residential property. Here it is. Stratton Hall

Now it's not a direct replica of the building, but rather it's based on its likeness. For example, The Sims 2 doesn't support two-story diagonal windows, so that can't exist without some custom content. Future recreations will attempt to make it more accurate. Until then, your Sims will enjoy the spacious yard enclosed in dusty-rose colored fences. With 3 floors of space for your bourgeois Sims (and the top floor for your servants), this mansion screams colonial and historic! However, it sports some modern day accessories, like the ElectroDance Sphere in the backyard, and arcade/pinball games in the game room.

So, for the filthy rich Sims of yours, buy this mansion and have them live in historic style. Great for party guests too!
