Long time ago, this house was a shelter for weary sailors. With time, it was rebuilt on the lighthouse. However, when the lighthouse keeper died, no one wanted to take this job. It's hard to live in solitude. Over the years the house fell into disrepair, turned into ruins. A few years ago, monks rebuilt it. Due to lack of money, the outer facade remained unchanged. Now the house was put up for sale. Waiting for the new owner.
The house is situated on a rocky hill. The path leads through the worn wooden stairs. Garden in front of the house is overgrown with wild vegetation. The house is simple furnished, the walls inside are covered by white plaster. The floor is made of stones. The house has first and second floor. It has no basement. To the second floor, leads wooden staircase. The lighthouse has no stairs, it's only for deco. If someone have Generation, then it should try to place spiral staircase.
This lot will look best placed near the sea.
House was tested in game. My sims visited it. There is no problem to get to the top.
Required installed Riverview.
