This is my 173rd download, hence the house number. The house has a wood roof, hence the street name. The two versions are identical on the outside. The cc version has furniture recolors, a braided rug, some wall colors, and wall hangings by me. I designed this house from a dream I had with a pool surrounded by windows but with open roof. I have to admit that the floor plan is a bit odd, but after play testing, I found that it's pretty convenient. Move your sims into new surroundings just for the fun of it!
