Senior Sims are invited to join the Appaloosa Plains Retirement Community. We offer private apartments for very little money so you can live as you always have, but instead of just sitting at home and „being old“ you'll have many choices in activities, dining, gaming, exercise and everything.

Our location at 19443 Bob-o-Link Drive, Appaloosa Plains, offers five apartments with seperate bedroom and bathroom.

The Apartments:

Each apartment features a comfortable bedroom, a private bathroom and also a kitchenette which gives you the opportunity to prepare your own meal.

Shared Facilities:

We encourage all our residents to make use of the many fitness facilities we offer
  • Indoor Swimming Pool
  • Exercise Room for Classes in Cardio and Strength
  • Walking Programs and Exercises in the Gym
Sims who fancy cultural and artistic entertainment will enjoy the
  • Creative Workshop where they can improve their skills in painting
  • Common Room with large TV screen, computers and weekly Bingo Games
  • Chess tables in the basement and on the front terrace of the building
  • Reading Room next to the reception

Please note that the playable apartment is marked with a green border in the floorplan, the NPC apartments are marked with a red border. All other rooms are public.

All NPC apartments are fully furnished so you can use them too. You can either make this a family home or modify the lot to play with one of the other apartments. Please read the Tutorial: TS3 Sims 3 Apartments if you need help with changing the playable apartment.

Cheats used:
Buydebug, Moveobjects, PlaceFriezes, ConstrainFloorElevation and restrictBuildBuyInBuildings.

I checked the file with CUSTARD to make sure that there is nothing included that doesn't belong there.

Required Custom Content (please download seperately):

You must have the above item installed to your game, otherwise the elevator won't work for the upper levels of the building.

I did also use the „Buyable Mailbox and Trash Chute“ made by HugeLunatic to place the mailbox, however, you do not need to have it installed to your game. I did not have this installed when I re-installed and playtested the house, but the mailbox was still there. If you want to download it anyway, please click here.

Required Stuff Pack: High End Loft Stuff – used for the front door, stairs railing and balcony fence.
