Many thanks to RABARB for this idea to build a cul de sac. Each house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and only one door to the outside so hopefully the lot can easily be made into apartments. The houses have some furnishings just for staging and all fixtures, but your particular sims can decorate to their taste. The cul de sac itself will be crossed by side walk when placed in your game but you can cover the side walk with asphalt tiles by using the cheat code "move_objects on". The biggest and most ostentatious house on the lot has a pool which the other sims can always sneak a dip in. If you have snooty sims who want snooty neighbors, move them in here!
