I really disliked the 20x20 lots in Bridgeport and ended up making a bunch of modern homes to replace the ones that were there. This is one of the homes: it has one bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, laundry, and enough space in front for one to two cars. I used Ambitions, Late Night, and University. (None of the Expansions were used to build the house with so they are not required.)
