Howdy, everyone! I finally finished the other house I mentioned in my last build and I'm very satisfied with how it turned out. This build is absolutely, 100% store-item free! Yay! And believe me, it was hard not to use store items. You will still need all packs (Minus Katy Perry as I don't have it nor do I plan on getting it). Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it. It's a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and you can place your sims with big families here as there's a crib and 2 bunkbeds. So it's okay to pack 4 of those sim kids in that one room haha. Here are the details:
