Since I know me, I wanted to have a yacht. I do not have ... but my simmyes now they have it.

He is great. It has 4 floors, has 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. He also has a terrace for barbecue. The houseboat is modern and is ready for launch on the water.

Note: Build with Island Paradise and University instaled (missing the box to upload sheet). To show up all the objects you need Season, University and IP instaled.
My game is patched to 1.55.
