It is a home for those who love the sea rather than land. More specifically, it is for the solitary navigators.

It has the best equipment. The house is lined with teak wood
The ground floor has the navigation panel, an open kitchen, all in one bath and sitting area.
Upstairs has the necessary computer for command navigation, satellite internet to keep in touch with the rest of the world, the bedroom, full bath, and a balcony.
It has a terrace with barbecue area, relaxation, music and games, hobby and a telescope if she/he likes to explore the sky.
