Seems like I am having flashbacks of the time when I was building and uploading lavish mansions on the Sims. I put a lot of effort into this palace, tried to do all the details exactly as I like them. This chateau should remind you of a relatively small French palace, with its mansard roofs, big arched windows and masonry walls. That is why I placed it in a medium-sized lot - 40x40 so that you wouldn't need to free one of your big lots. Also it could fit very nice in a bigger lot and leave plenty of space for a spacious garden. In this building I tried to resemble the so-called "Cour d'honneur" or court of honor and make it the centre of the architectural composition, although the hall inside the palace could also be considered as the centre of the composition. The chateau is open to the street and at the same time enclosed so that it could offer privacy. A rounded driveway surrounded by fountains creates an honorable entrance to the small, yet lavish palace.

I also included a picture of the back of the lot without the trees so that you could see the building better.

This home features six bathrooms and four bedrooms. Every bedroom is themed in a different colour and style of furniture. The adjacent bathrooms are also modeled after the colours of the bedrooms.

The living rooms is designed to be classy and inviting with it's soft colours and comfy furnishings.


I put a lot of effort into creating a good looking library that also offers the comfort of reading in a cozy atmosphere. It is connected with the living room through a big archway.


There is also a basement lounge that features a pool, a hot tub and a bar. I think it is a good idea when you have the little space in mind.
