I think it's about time that I start sharing some of the spaces that I make in the sims2. My gym community lot has made it to the sims community and now I'm going to share some of my sims2 lots.

In this post, I am going to present my very first EmberRise house. I've tested the house and in my opinion it is roomy enough for your sims. The space in the house is roomy and not to wide.

The house provides the following features:

*Master Bedroom
*2 Bedroom
*2Bathroom
*1 car parking space
*Fire place

Lot Size: 3x2

This home has 2 floors and 2 balconies that are ready for any sim to relax and enjoy. The master bedroom has a door leading outside to one balcony. The second balcony is located to the left side of the stairs on the second floor. The balcony to the left of the stairs is a very roomy balcony. This home also has enough living space for at least 4-5 sims.

Custom Content: The only Custom content that I have on this lot are my "Peppermint Wallpaper" which can be found in my uploads section. And I've also added my funkadelic stereo recolor which can also be found among my uploads.
