This is an older build which has been sitting in my lot bin and on The Exchange for some time. It's a cosy little country house featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, 1 car detached garage, combined kitchen and dining, a laundry mud room, sunroom and grassy backyard with a fruit and vegetable patch.
I must have had Gilmore Girls on the brain because the shape of it ended up a lot like the Gilmore/Sookie's house.
