Faster/Slower Leaf Raking and No Leaves in other Seasons

Overview
I'm still kinda of fascinated by the changing weather in Seasons, including the changing and falling of the leaves in Autumn. However, the amount of time it takes for a Sim to rake leaves is a bit long. It seems to take them forever to rake leaves for even a couple of trees. Have you also noticed that leaves hang around through other seasons? This mod will help clean those up too!


Faster or Slower Raking
I've been using a mod to reduce the time to rake for awhile now, in order to meet the guidelines on MTS, there are several versions, some faster and some slower. The default time to rake leaves is 15 minutes:
Faster Raking - 5 minutes
Fast Raking - 10 minutes
Slow Raking - 20 minutes
Slower Raking - 30 minutes

NOTE: You can only use one version at a time


Other Changes
Additionally, I made 2 other changes in reference to the leafpile:
While the sim is raking, if there is no existing leafpile or the nearest one is more than 10 tiles away, they will create a new leafpile (the default is 6 tiles)
When disposing leafpiles, Sims can pickup up to 10 leafpiles at one time (default is 5)


Removing the Leaves out of Season
Each version now also includes the SeasonsManager+TreeManager_0xc29125d9d63f220f
Changes to this xml refer to how many leaves fall at a time, the amount of time between falling leaves, and leaf cleanup by the game in non fall seasons. <!--[Min,max] of how much leaves are removed from ground outside of Fall. 1 is max coverage.--> the default values were 0.5, 0.6 and have been changed to 1.0, 1.0 so there should be no leaves outside of fall.


Resource and Conflicts
This mod was created with patch 1.57 and requires the Seasons EP to work, it edits the LeafPile_0xff99d95ee4316199 xml from the GamePlayData package. Note that there are other values in this xml that are related to the leafpile such as: baby made chance in leafpile, chance of spreading fire from burning a leafpile, chance or spawning rodents and/or roaches from leafpiles. I did not make any changes to these areas, but this mod will conflict with any other mod which does.
