Fit and Fab - A Family Townhouse (3BR+2BA)

This lot was inspired from a real estate brouchure I got from strolling in the mall. Nowadays, especially here in our place, small and affordable houses are in demand, yet the capacity should be also taken into consideration. Built on a 20 x 20 lot, this house can be occupied by a family of up to 5 sims with three bedrooms: a master bedroom, and two more bedrooms (one with a double deck bed). Splash of colors are used in the interior to maintain a happy mood for the family.

Expansions used:
World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations (required for the double deck bed), Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, Island Paradise, and University Life
Stuff Packs used:
Fast Lane, Master Suite, and Decades

Built with patch 1.55, with no custom content used.
Lot price: $53,107 (furnished), $38,054 (unfurnished)
Lot size: 20 x 20

Lot Size: 2x2
Lot Price: $53,107
