Tiny, but equally family-sized homes are becoming a trend today. Here is a tiny family home inspired from house plan videos featuring small yet effecient floor plans. The ground floor features an open kitchen and living area, and also the masters bedroom with it's own bathroom attached to it. The second floor has two more bedrooms, a common bathroom, and an extra space for a balcony on the side. 

This home used some custom content listed and they are completely optional, as well as some expansion packs ticked. Even without the packs/cc mentioned, the objects are easily replaceable with base game objects.
