Description

Family house inspired by the Scandinavian style and eco-minimalism (however, I do not apply for an exact match). A lot of wooden and fabric textures, rustic and "eco-looking" things, fireplaces, exterior, combines modern architecture and the breath of nature.

Lot consists of individual cottages, connected to each other, with yard in between. ~~Make sure your sims have warm clothes, before winter comes and catches them on the way from kitchen to toilet :D~~

Main things

2 floors, 2 bedrooms (for kids & parents), 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen + dinning room, playroom, library + creative attic, green yard, pool area, anti-paparazzi fence, forgot about parking space (good news that sims've got bottomless pockets)
Flat lot 30 x 40
Prices: 168 113 simbucks furnished, 95 562 - unfurnished
I've used all 11 addons, but the main ones are: "Pets", "Supernatural", "Into the Future" and "Show-time" - without them the house will barely look like it is on screens.
I've used no custom content (as I allways do in my lots) and only 1 item from The Sims 3 Store (Fake cow from Riverview).

Bonuses

A large range of books, including overseas and future, carefully packaged for individual cabinets
Nectars and rarities, specially imported for this home from travels
Pictures on the walls (I especially like the magical gnome)
Two bush growing in the living room tubs
A lot of small decor pulled out from debug to fill the space (toys and etc.)

In my opinion.

Corridor at the entrance with a glass ceiling and windows in niches.
