This house is called "More Than Meets the Eye." Why? I'm not sure. Perhaps because at first glance, the house appears to be only one story, but it's actually two. There are two bedrooms and two baths in the attic with natural light coming from very long, skinny dormers. Perhaps you think this house doesn't have a garage, but it does. It's on the side. Perhaps you don't imagine that this house has a music alcove and so called green house, but it does. Perhaps you can't imagine that this house has walk in closets and quite a large laundry room, but it does. Of course you will be able to supply the items needed for that as I don't have them. Overall, somebodyallie, has given me a surprising floor plan to work with, so maybe "More Than Meets the Eye" is just the right name. Your family of 4 to 6 Sims will be very comfortable here.

One more thing, the Sim you see relaxing in the master bedroom didn't live in the uploaded file.
