Many thanks to Orchid for suggesting this ultra modern house with Mass Effect ambiance. Your Sims will have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two car garage, living, dining, kitchen with nook, family room, and lap pool. The lot was originally flat, but built up above the street for quiet, if not privacy. Modern Sims will have lots of bookcases, shutters, and floating furniture by me (or not if you use Sims2CleanInstaller). No gardening will be necessary here so your Sims can devote themselves to career and relationships. That's about it.
