Hey guys! Thought I should make some starter houses for a change. This is the first one in the "Tiny Suburbia" series.



This is actually my very first house without a garage or carport(!), and as I discovered, this really makes the floorplans a lot more flexible. Garages are extremely wasteful both concerning space and cost!
The end design is very simple and user friendly.



The house has one full bathroom and three bedrooms, though these rooms can be used for whatever you like.
