I decided I wanted to make a more contemporary starter house as well, as the last one was more toned-down on the outside, and had some intentionally gaudy interior designs.



This house takes itself more serious, with multiple front facing gables, stone accents and a large palladian window. And don't think the fancy exterior compromizes the interior! I actually managed to do more with the interior in this house than the last one!

Again, the house has everything you need: Two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, TV, bookshelf and a sofa. Outside there is a barbecue.

This house is a tad more pricey than the other one, but doesn't go over the budget of 16,500.
