I haven't seen many cheap OL homes, and there really aren't any premade cheap ones either (at least not futuristic looking ones), so I thought I'd make one. If your sim doesn't have 100,000+ simoleons to spend, they can still own a nice house in Oasis Landing. This house isn't cheap, but it's basically as cheap as it can be when using ITF objects.

I didn't see any 20X30 lot sizes pre-placed in Oasis Landing, but it's fairly easy to add one in somewhere.
