I wanted to make an extremely affordable house boat, but of course I wanted it to be modern, so also have updated objects in it. At first I was going to just make it one story, but a double bed didn't really fit in there, so I added the master bedroom to the top floor. But it worked out, because now a small family can fit in this house boat!

I played this house boat out quite a bit so that it would depreciate in value, so you wouldn't have to wait for your sims to afford it. The helm was also updated to move faster, and one of the all in one bathrooms was updated for self cleaning.
