Everyday Arizona

Here is what everyday Arizona looks like without the adobe style houses we all love. These two houses represent the setting for my new children's book "My Talking Dachshund"
(http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_s...und%2Caps%2C703 ) in which my beloved weiner dog talks to me. Thanks to the genius of Munchies (http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=307499} I was able to include a dachshund in my screenshots although not in the download of course. The pink brick house is the home of my protagonist and the white house is obviously the next door neighbors. When I play tested, the two Sim families were in and out and all over the place so my recommendation is that you changelotzoning apartmentbase and that way you won't have the chaos. The houses both have walls around their yards so all you will need to do is delete the gates.
Both houses have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, garages, back patios, and desert landscaping. Not included with the download are the beautiful palm trees by Alex Stanton (http://modthesims.info/member.php?u=191013) which really make the houses look more realistic.
I apologize for the huge amount of cc but I was trying to be as realistic as possible. I really hope your sims will enjoy Everyday Arizona.
